Shaving ice is surprisingly tricky. We use a New Orleans style machine which produces the softest fluffy snow. We also have Hawaiian machines that produce great textured ice. But in the end, we love the speed and quality of the New Orleans machine. No chunky, icy snow cones here. Nothing but soft velvety snowballs!

Our snowballs are only as good as the wonderful flavors we put on them. All of our syrups are made with purified water and pure cane sugar. No high fructose corn syrup allowed! Added to that are specially selected flavor concentrates to give you the most memorable frozen treat. We are proud to offer a large variety of natural flavors that contain no artificial color or flavor. When you run a shaved ice truck you have to be careful with the amount of food coloring you consume. I got the naturals in hopes of my family having a way to enjoy shaved ice without so many artificial colors. We have been blown away with the quality of the natural syrups. They have quickly become some of our favorite flavors. Although the colors are not as bold (or as staining!) the flavors are very good and the lighter colors fun and pleasant. Please give them a try! For small children we offer FREE 4oz cups of shaved ice when they choose a natural or clear flavor. Mom’s and Dad’s should try them too!
